Short Cycle Lamination Press in India Wood 2006 Exhibition

A Short cycle plywood laminating presses, used by decorative plywood manufacturers must develop desired tonnage; typically 12000 to 45000 kN, depending on the size of the board; in a fraction of a second to develop high quality bonding between the board and the laminate.

OTPL, for one of its esteemed customers, has been providing complete hydraulic systems for their range of high production presses for a long time.

The manufacturer exhibited one of such presses in India wood 2006, Bangalore, shown below.

OTPL Marketing and Design team is considered as masters of hydraulics and control system in the field of Metal Extrusion Presses, by the end users. Reduction of ‘dead cycle time’ is a prime concern of the user and OTPL team helps them to achieve the results.

Quite a large number of Hydraulic Extrusion presses in the range of 9000 to 45000 kN have been refurbished by OTPL in India as well as in many countries abroad, including USA.

EVENTS

OTPL is looking forward for the results of another note worthy project to be commissioned in April 2006; This is a complete turn- key project facilitating Proof loading of steel chains manufactured by one of the esteemed customers of OTPL in Maharashtra State, India.

Since the length of the machine is more than 13 meters, the main frame is innovatively constructed out of Reinforced concrete.

When commissioned, the machine will monitor testing of each and every chain and can produce reports on all aspects of the testing performed by the machine, helping the manufacture to confirm it compatibility with International Standards.
